My main issue was forgetting to hit the save button... a few times. I also had a problem changing the domain name once it was set.

What worked really well when using our platform?

Editing the site while navigating through it was seamless.

What could be improved when using our platform?

I would have liked a centralized library for all the media I uploaded.

How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

It made me realize that forgetful people like me will loose their changes a few times. :P But more seriously, it made me better understand the onboarding experience for small businesses, and the limitations we can face using a specific theme.
